multi-axis milling, featuring equipment from Koma Precision (5-axis Trunion
table) and Mazak (Vertical Center Universal 500A). Our CAD team is fully
trained in multi-axis Mastercam. In fact, over 60% of our capacity is
multi-axis equipped. With our focal point on complicated, multi-axis
machining, you can be sure that your difficult piece will be delivered with
precision, excellence—and on time.
Case Study
USARM rebuilt the fixture for this test bed to hit project specs. Used in manufacturing quality assurance, this piece does torque testing on a flange weld. This particular fixture is designed to test the axle in the new Ford Raptor.
